Rafeea is dedicated to providing comprehensive legal support tailored to each client’s unique needs. Rafeea provides employer support on a variety of workplace issues including human rights complaints, Occupational Health and Safety matters, wrongful dismissal claims and policy and contract reviews.

Rafeea began working for Shields O’Donnell MacKillop LLP in 2023 after working at a reputable employment and labour relations organization.  A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, Rafeea participated in the Disability Law Intensive, completed a law practice placement at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health and has diverse educational and employment experiences such as in the long-term care sector.
